Local Views was born as ... with Beatriz and Edwin, an adventurous duo blending the rich, vibrant culture of Costa Rica with the charm and meticulousness of the Netherlands.
Our shared passion for travel and deep love for nature brought us together, and we've made it our mission to share the serene beauty of the less explored Costa Rican corners with those travelers who appreciate the small things in life.

Our mission is to deliver genuine, immersive experiences that celebrate the region’s natural and cultural wonders creating unforgettable memories for travelers in multiple languages.
We aim to foster a deep appreciation for the
environment and local heritage while leaving a positive
impact on the communities we serve.
Through our Views of Our Community program, we also provide additional aid to local public schools.
Our brand
Inspired by the vibrant rualdo bird (Chlorophonia callophrys), a beloved symbol in regional folklore, our brand embodies the beauty, vitality, and authentic spirit of Costa Rica.
Our logo reflects the bird’s vivid colors, while its shapes pay tribute to the delicate feathers of local bird species and the lush leaves of our enchanted forests.
